During our stay, we appreciated the neat and clean rooms, particularly enjoying the comfortable beds after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is right near the shopping mall and offers easy access to local attractions such as the Rana Museum of Cultural History and Havmannen, both well within walking distance. The included dinner buffet was a pleasant surprise, providing good variety, given that the area isn’t known for its culinary scene.

On arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast and complimentary dinner buffet were delightful, offering a variety of delicious options.

The hotel filled up quickly during peak hours, making the dining area crowded at times. parking was limited. we had to arrive early to secure a spot.

Navigating the parking arrangement was a hassle. you had to go up to pay and then back down again, which felt inconvenient. there was only one elevator servicing the garage, which sometimes left guests waiting longer than expected. The lack of a refrigerator in the room was disappointing, and the prices for non-alcoholic drinks seemed unjustifiably high. Guests also seemed to struggle with limited vegetarian options at dinner and basic bathroom amenities that lacked variety, which detracted from the experience.

the staff was super friendly and helpful, they even made time to chat with us! the room was comfy and had an awesome shower with great water pressure. breakfast was good and had plenty of options. loved that we got a warm welcome at 2 am after our long trip. such a cozy vibe throughout the hotel!

Superior Double or Twin Room was nice, comfortable, and spacious. Loved the amazing shower and the quiet street view. Breakfast had a fantastic buffet with lots of choices. Staff was helpful with food intolerances. Fitness center was cool too. Totally enjoyed my 3 night stay!
